2. The Contract

  • A legally binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is a pricing error or if we cannot fulfill the personalisation request due to technical or ethical reasons.

3. Personalisation and Customer Responsibility

  • Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all information provided (e.g., spelling, dates, images) is correct at the time of order. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for errors made by the customer.

  • Image Quality: For photo-based products, we are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution images provided by you.

4. Cancellation and Returns (The "Bespoke" Exception)

  • No Right to Change Your Mind: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day "cooling-off" period does not apply to goods made to your specifications or which are clearly personalised.

5. Faulty Goods
